Eliminar tu cuenta — Brotito

Brotito, de Rafael González Escobar, no necesita cuenta para jugar. Esta página es para quien inició sesión con Apple o Google para sincronizar su partida.

1. Desde la app

1. Abre Brotito y entra en Ajustes (la rueda de arriba).
2. En Cuenta, pulsa Eliminar cuenta y empezar de nuevo.
3. Confirma y resuelve la comprobación para adultos.

Si hace tiempo que iniciaste sesión, te pedirá volver a entrar antes de borrarla.

2. Sin la app

Escribe a rgescobar.studios@gmail.com desde el correo de tu cuenta, con el asunto «Eliminar mi cuenta de Brotito». La borraremos en un máximo de 30 días.

3. Qué se borra

• Tu cuenta: el identificador de usuario y el correo.
• Tu partida en la nube: mascota, huerto, accesorios, monedas, gotas (también las compradas), nivel y ajustes.

Se borra de inmediato y no se conserva nada, salvo lo que Google retenga un breve plazo en sus copias de seguridad. Las compras siguen constando en tu historial de la tienda, que gestionan Apple o Google.

4. Si no tienes cuenta

En Ajustes › Tu partida, Empezar de nuevo borra la partida. Al desinstalar la app se borran también los datos del dispositivo.

Brotito, by Rafael González Escobar, doesn't need an account to play. This page is for people who signed in with Apple or Google to sync their game.

1. In the app

1. Open Brotito and go to Settings (the gear at the top).
2. Under Account, tap Delete account and start over.
3. Confirm and pass the adult check.

If you signed in a while ago, you'll be asked to sign in again first.

2. Without the app

Email rgescobar.studios@gmail.com from your account's address with the subject "Delete my Brotito account". We'll delete it within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

• Your account: user ID and email.
• Your game in the cloud: pet, garden, accessories, coins, drops (including purchased ones), level and settings.

It's deleted right away and nothing is kept, except what Google may briefly retain in its backups. Purchases remain in your store history, which Apple or Google manage.

4. If you have no account

In Settings › Your game, Start over erases your game. Uninstalling also removes the data on your device.
